Restaraunt Card
In all truth, you neither need nor want one. Any restaurant that will honor one, doesn't ask for one.
Here's the thing---anyone with sufficient computer skills can find and print one---so why should any restaurant believe YOURS is authentic? (Just a rhetorical question.)
Just ask---some places will allow you to order a smaller meal, some won't. And when they say "No"---don't get your panties in a wad. The "card" had no authority---it's nothing more than a request.

Just order an appetizer, share with someone, or take the leftovers home for later. There's usually only crap on the kiddie menu, anyway.
If you're talking about an all you can eat buffet, you are only allowed to ask for a lower price after you have repaid them for all the times you ate MORE than was profitable for them.
