Dear Makers of the AIR WICK® FRESHMATIC® Odor Detect™ Ultra Automatic Spray,

Your newest product "Detects Odor, Releases Fragrance?"

Why haven't you sent it to the bariatric bloggers to review yet?  Not that *I* need it.  But...

You obviously made this for our gastrically-enhanced boys.

(Women don't make bad smells.  Sorry to burst your, erm... BUBBLE!  We don't make stinky, we ***** or write ranty blog entries.)

This is when I get a comment from a pre-op:  "Wait, I'm going to have GAS?  WHAT DO YOU MEAN?"  Yes, certain types of bariatric surgery can trigger caustic wall-paper peeling gas.  That is reality.

Back to the product:  I suggest the immediate mailing of this product to every weight loss surgery household in the United States.  And, perhaps a self-install kit for the pants.

Keep your home smelling fresh and welcoming all the time with NEW AIR WICK® FRESHMATIC® Odor Detect™, the first automatic spray device with odor sensor technology. This breakthrough technology automatically detects and overcomes 1000's of unpleasant odors, without you having to think about it.

FRESHMATIC® Odor Detect™ Ultra Automatic Spray is an automatic spray with a time-released fragrance while its advanced odor detect sensor detects odor and releases fragrance. Now you have the confidence knowing that your home is always welcoming and pleasurable for family and unexpected guests.

Odor Detect™ Starter Kit contains: (1) automatic unit, (1) fragrance spray and (3) AA batteries.

Respectfully,

A very odor-sensitive MM.

If gas is passed in a room and no one is around to smell it, does it have an odor?
