little teeny tiny cucumber sandwiches ....  Brownie Bites .. Cake Pops  ... ITS TOO FUNNY 

every show hashuge signs ...no models  allowed on the eunway who HAVENT EATEN !!!!  

SERIOUSLY  ....  ya gotta LAUGH 

Our main CONCERN  right now is being displaced by MEN   who are willing to work for half the wages we real women get paid ...   yes EVERYBODY has their problems lol ...

i don't eat that much cause its so hard for me to fit all the water, shakes and food in...

Still hard... but I do have those days every so often where  i can eat it all... so weird

I have 2 protein shakes a day with almond milk.  one in the morning and one at night with my pills.  I eat 3 oz of deli meat and veggies at break at work, I eat 3 oz of meat and some veggies for lunch, if I can fit it i eat some fruit, and dinner whatever I make for the family without too many carbs, I will taste the pasta or roll, but mostly meat 3-4 ozs, veggies and a salad if I can fit it in.  thats about it.  maria

4:00am: 1 scramble egg with 2 oz ham and ches stick cut up in it
5:00 am: 1/4 cup nuts (sunflower, edamambe, punkin, almonds and dried cranberry)
9:45am:  cottage ches w/fruit cup
12:30:     left over from dinner (about 1 cup)
2:15:       greek yogurt
4:00:         protein shake
5:00          another bag of nuts
6:00:         dinner (last night was 3oz turkey, collards, tablespoon pot

7:00      2 sugar free popsicle.

I am 3.5 years out from my DS. Every day is different for me, but I aim for protein first and fat is not an issue (unless I eat too little fat!). Here's yesterday's menu:

B: 3 ounces of cheese and some Triscuits (I was running late and can eat this in the car) and a Diet Coke

L: Pizza Hut personal pepperoni pizza and Diet Coke (lunch on the go!)

S: Pumpkin latte from Dunkin Donuts

D: Fried smoked beef sausage, mashed potatoes, Diet Coke

S: Big serving of puffy Cheetos and a handful of chocolate-covered almonds

I drank water throughout the day, as usual.

I think that's it.

When I don't eat any meals I eat 3 or 4 protein bars a day.  When I eat dinner I eat two protein bars and a realistic dinner.  Occasionally I will eat a bagel with reduced fat cream cheese for breakfast.  I don't eat a lot of different things, its just easier that way for me.

Dinner examples
1 slice of everything pizza
chicken breast grilled over salad
half of a hamburger and some fries
grilled cheese sandwich and sweet potato fries
