I'm pre-op, so no real experience, but I see this sentiment a LOT in posts about stalls.  I guess I understand why vets get impatient with dramatic post after dramatic post about stalls, but I keep wondering if they have just forgotten -  or maybe never experienced - the "Oh **** what if I've done all this and it ends up just not working?!?!"   That fear has to give you moments of heart palpatations, and that's totally understandable to me. 

But as someone said, just keep putting one foot in front of another.  Monitor your compliance to the plan more than you monitor your actual weight loss.

I measured yesterday and I have lost a few inches in my waist and hips  and chest so thats good news!! Hope ya'll have a wonderful day!
