Anniversery

As of today, I'm officially 2 years out from my surgery. Total weight loss is 187 lbs at this moment.  Now the hard begins:  Working at maintaining my loss.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Awesome weight loss!!! I find that my key to seamless maintenance is not ever forgetting how I came to this and how much better I feel without 5 co-morbidities ... mobility is AWESOME and I love love love to rock some tiny clothes LOL well that is not really truth because at my largest 4-5X I was certainly rocking some nice clothes too ... HAPPY SURGIVERSARY .... CELEBRATE YOU my beautiful sista!!!

Thank you, darlin'.   You're so right: maintenance is an awesome thing. In my pocketbook, I have a little photo album with 3 pictures of me at my original weight.  That's enough to scare the heck out of me.
Now, if I can only learn to sew to make some awesome clothes like you.
