Hey I'm watching the sheep dog trials on TV....I have "THE BLOAT" from eating M&M peanuts.  If I just chased sheep about all day and licked my own anus I bet I'd be whippet thin.

I'm going to start a new Hollywood diet plan based on this theory. The Arse-licker herding Principal.  I'll base it on some poor shaky evolutionary theory throw in a few cave man references and slow burning carbs then get everyone to trot about chasing sheep like a Welshman in a complex courting ritual.

You have spurred me onto greater things!

RIP Mickie aka Happychick.  You will be missed deeply.

even w/o my big belly I don't think I could do the arse-licker part of the diet.

will it be necessary if I absolutely have to get from a size 10 to a size -3 in time for a big event in 5 days?

In fact, I don't really want to do any herding either, so will it work for me?

I'm really determined.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

It's true because most of the people who think they need to lose 10 lb. are usually fine and therefore have no incentive to actually lose the weight.

From a health standpoint, they probably are fine. (On some measures of health, overweight people do better than people with so-called normal BMIs.)

Their quality of life is good.

So why diet? I bet in an early time, they wouldn't even have thought they were overweight.
