I would take atleast 5000 MCG of biotin and start using Nutri-Ox shampoo (can buy at Sally's or online at Amazon). Best of luck.

But seriously, I started taking 1,000 mg of Biotin a few months before my surgery and have been taking it everyday since and can honestly say it has worked for me. I haven't lost any significant amount because of my surgery.

Thank you everyone for your replies!  I live in Canada so finding some of these things may be difficult but I am surely going to try! 
And when answering some of you honestly I do feel that I am not getting enough protein (and water) so I am going to work on that too.
I did recently have plastic surgery & I am sure this did not help but it was falling out quite a bit before this anyway so I am sure its more than this.

There you go. You need better nutrition, and time to recover from surgically induced telogen effluvium.
