Easy Fruit Smoothies you make at home!

I am just loving my fruit smoothies I make at home and they couldn't be any easier!!

I start with vanilla Premiere Protein Drink (I get them at Costco, my are pre-mixed in a box)
They have:

30g Protein
160 Calories
1g  Sugar
3g  Fat

Pour into the blender and add 1 to 1 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (I like peaches and strawberries) Add a little splenda if you like and blend.

If you add a little more frozen fruit it comes to a consistency of frozen yogurt! 

It is soooo good!
