looking for ideas for my birthday cake that isn't cake!

I'm not usually a lime jello fan either, but it works surprisingly well with the pineapple.  We've had a similar "salad" each year at Thanksgiving, but I think it's usually made with marshmallows or cool whip.  Both of those contain way too much sugar, and I think cool whip is actually made out of plastic or something, so I don't eat it.  I let the cream cheese get a bit soft on the counter and mixed in some vanilla and a little skim milk so it would mix more easily.  Once I had the jello, nuts, pineapple and the cream cheese mixture all mixed (I didn't blend it too much) I put it back in the frige and let it set up.  It was excellent.
