Thank you for taking the time to respond to my story. I understand what you are saying. I have gotton 3 other surgeon opinions and none of them will treat me because it is to much of a risk. My gastrosurgeon has performed 4 or my major abdominal surgeries and they are afraid of a law suit so I have been down that road. Please let me know if you have any advide you could give on really what to do about this, Please resoind  to this surge storty quickly becasuse I hav e many doctor visits to see today.Thank you for your time. I look foward to meeting you soon.

Have you been on the Revisions message board?  Maybe someone there can point you to a surgeon.

Ditto to getting a second opinion. Honestly a lot of your complications are things that can happen from abdominal surgery but you may need a better surgeon to fix you up. I'm sorry you are suffering so.

A couple of years ago there was a member from Alabama who's RNY was a mess. Her surgeon really messed her up. She has since passed away because she had a heart condition even pre WLS but there was a surgeon *****vised her who greatly improved her health for awhile.

Her name was Renee and her user name was something like I ride my Harley.  I wonder if anyone on the Alabama forum would remember her and the name of her revision surgeon.

If I can find her I'll post back to you but I'm drawing a blank.

Oh my Thank you so much. The last thing I want to happen is for me to die at 22. That would kill my whole family. I am headed down that road right now tho. If something is not fixed pretty soon I ha ve been told by several doctors that I could die. Please let me know.

Hey Judi!

Ronald Clements is now at Vanderbilt.   Nashville's about 2 hours north of Huntsville, 4 hours north of Birmingham.  Or slightly less if you drive like I do!

I didn't know Clements did many revisions.    Hmmm.
