What is the ONE FOOD you seem to NEVER LEARN about eating?

Oh yes.

My blood sugar doesn't ask:  it demands.  CARBS. NOW.  And though I don't really drop much anymore -- it's because I am keeping food in me at all times, or not at all.  It's "fun."

Low carb tortillas.    I love them as a bread substitute but they make me feel awful.    I need to throw out what I have left but I just keep trying them...because I'm a dumbass.

Any combination of the above.

Pecan Sandies cookies.

Carb coma everytime.  Thank heavens I only have to fight the temptation at Xmastime, somehow they seem to be associated with the holidays for me.  The rest of the year they don't call me.

Chocolate covered cherries. I can't resist them at all! I will be glad when Christmas is over and they're gone.
