Goal: Have you reached yours? If not, have you revised your goal?
I did not set a goal. I know how low I had gotten when I lost weight before (and quickly regained). I knew that I wanted to be able to maintain in a comfortable manner, which means to me that I don't have to exercise to the point of exhaustion to maintain. Exercise, in my opinion, should be done for my health...not for me to eat more...becasue as soon as I stop for whatever reason, the weight piles on!
I am 5ft 2in....prior wt loss attempts taught me that 160 was doable only with a good deal of exercise....so I had hopes for anything lower than 175. I went at low as 118....I now maintain between 120-125....and I am ashamed to say I am currently not exercising.
I decided that this is where I was supposed to be! It is good to honor what our bodies want to do. :)

My surgeon didn't make a goal for me, but I set one for myself at 175 (which would probably be a size 14).
Sadly, the closest I've gotten is 185...so CLOSE! But alas no cigar.
On the upside I'm healthy, I've lost over 190lbs, and, I can ride my bike over 100miles in one day! So, not too bummed, but I would like to live in the 175-185 land in the future.
Working on it! Glad that you're happy with your size Maria, wish I could be.

My surgeon leans more towards suggesting body fat percentages as goals instead of a BMI or weight on the scale. I would like a body fat percentage between 22-26. I am just 8 months out, and I am not there yet. I am in 10/12 pants, depending on the store and cut, and large tops. I think I could be happy if this is where I stop, but I am not ready to say I am done.
I'm considering changing my goal weight. I set mine for 135 so it would be right in the middle of a normal BMI range. I'm currently at 150 and wearing a size 6 (sometimes an 8) and am at a BMI of 25.5. My doctor would like to see another 10 lbs or so off just to put me well within a normal BMI. I've been hanging out at about this weight now for close to 5 months so I'm thinking I am probably done.
Heck, I should be happy with it. I'm smaller now than I was in Junior High School!

I'm 5'3" and a size 4 at 132lbs. I am still slightly above my goal, but I am transitioning into maintenance. I have been upping my calories and still losing if somewhat more slowly. My BMI is 23.5 and my body fat is 23.5%. My surgeon's goal was 140lbs. I can't complain. My goal was aggressive, and I may well still hit it. I'm just not trying that hard to get there, at this point.
I exercise, lift, etc. My 'frame' is small to medium. I am bonier on top than I would like to be but I still carry a fair amount of fat on my thighs, in particular. I'm hoping that will redistibute some over the next few months while maintaining my weight around 130.

My doctors goal was 178, I lowered mine 10 lbs at a time until I got where I wanted to be 138, I was below that even for a while, currently I am closer to 145 or more, wouldn't dare step on the scale today as my jeans were snug this morning and I put myself back on a diet. I was back down last summer and stayed around 142 until this weekend when I stopped caring and started eating. But I have to check that otherwise I will really be miserable. I like weighing 140@5'5 in a size 6.
