Cook & Serve vs Instant Pudding
I am about to get in the kitchen and try to make some Jello Cook & Serve pudding Tapioca flavor. I want to make it the same way i made my Instant and Add Tofu with some milk in the blender,.. Has anyone made this Cook & Serve in the blender with Tofu without cooking it and have success? will it thicken just like Instant? thanks Wendy

Wendy,
If it is cook and serve pudding, you will need to cook it for it to thicken and set. Adding the tofu to the milk in the blender before adding it to the pudding mix is probably okay, as long as you cook the pudding.
I did not know Jello made a tapioca cook and serve pudding mix. Although I don't generally eat tapioca. Maybe explains why I didn't know Jello made it: I don't look for it.
Good luck.
