Both and it helped. I stopped because a friend gave me what I thought were pot brownies and they turned out to be salvia brownies. I was so sick I thought I was going to die. Haven't touched anything since, and I almost killed my friend for being stupid enough to mistake salvia for pot.

What kind of salvia? S. divinorum? Or just garden-variety sage? Or, worse yet, ornamental salvia?
