I just searched online under 5 day pouch test & went to the site.  There are a couple of books, etc  that you can buy, but I just followed it from the guidelines on the site.  I didnt use any of the recipes on there, just followed it true to the letter (for the first 2 days had just protein shakes, sugar free pudding/jello and chicken broth).  Had just the meats/proteins specified on the other days (hamburger, or tuna fish with just a touch of light miracle whip in it to moisten/flavor it some, etc)

Solise  Hun  the  cramps  are from dehydration and/or lack of calcium/D/Magnesium .  Its no wonder Ure hungry if Ur vitamin levels are  lacking ...

Please  get  Citracal  D /magnesium /Zinc tablets , take three  2 x a day and drink  a tall glass of water with each .

I think U will find  adhering to what  u WANT to eat  a LOT easier

I'm definatly gonna try the cal/mag/zinc. My vitamin levels are extremely lacking. I take citrical but if you think it would help I'll get the cal/mag/zinc too. I saw my dr on thursday. He says the cramps are coming from my anemia. It keeps going from bad to worse. I have an appt for apr 12 to see the orthopedic dr for the issues with my tailbone. I have pain from under my right rib cage down to about the center of the back of my thighs. And I have an appt for may 4th for the hematologist for my anemia. Nothing I do is working. Think I've made food my best friend again. Something that I said I would never do

Today I made a real effort to watch what I ate. It's now 6pm and I haven't had dinner yet but for breakfast, lunch and snack I ate about 591 calories. So I can do this, it's just gonna take a lot of thinking and planning on my part.
