Wow I knew I was focused on making it to my goal, but I never thought I could have done it this fast. I am doing the happy dance now. Now I need to work on toning some areas and figuring out this thing called maintenance. I could use some advise in this area from some of the veterans.

congratulations! Awesome feeling to make it to goal. I'm still figuring out maintenance myself, partly because I'm trying to get over the fact I don't have to lose anymore and that has been such a big part of my daily life. I hope you figure it out, share any tips and make it over to the WLS graduates forum.

Wow Mike! That's awesome! Congrats! I can only hope to be as successful as you! We have similar start weights and similar goal weights, so hopefully I can keep focused and get it off like you did. Keep up the good work, I'm sure you'll figure the maintenance phase out
