Thank You!  Congratulation on your weight loss you have done great.  I know others have been above 200lbs for plastics so it is not strictly based on weight.  Instead of taking your md's advice on what the plastic surgeon will do, I say go check with a couple of plastic surgeons and get their opinions.  You may have a bit more to lose, its hard to say but the best person to answer that question for you will be the plastic surgeon.  When I went into the plastic surgeon I was thinking I probably had a bit more to lose and when I asked him that his question to me was how much have you lost in the last two months, my reply was that right now I have to work extremely hard for anything I lose, his reply was then your body is basically done losing and your 16 months out from your WLS surgery, so I think your ready right now.
