I gained 40lbs in 2 months
I'm not eating much and like I said all I changed is I added in some wine but practically stopped drinking coffee w/creamer and no more starbucks so I would think that makes up for the glass or two of wine I have every once in while.
and I havent tracked food for a while but I am back at it now so we will see what I come up with until I can get into the doctor.

Are you sure you did not change what you eat or your physical activity level? If not, then something is really wrong. You may have a thyroid problem or something. Why would your doctor be disappointed in you for develping a medical problem?
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.

Gotta second what everyone else has said. Get ur thyroid checked and see ur gyno. I had fibroids and gained weight rapidly in my stomach and that was the problem. In the meantime relax and don't worry too much about disappointing anyone. Just focus on being healthy

There's no way you could have gained 40 lbs in two months without some kind of medical problem. If you get shame vibes off your doctor, get angry, because that is NOT what's going on here. I'd say ovarian cyst, and if so, not taking care of it could lead to infertility and future pain (from scar tissue, if it ruptures). Thyroid can cause that kind of weight gain, but 40 lbs seems extreme. Please keep us updated.
