Weight loss does slow each month after surgery. You are losing at a normal weight. Getting on the scale now can help you to learn how your body works. If you have eaten more salty foods, it is normal to see a temporary weight rise. I find daily weighing to be the most helpful in understanding what I ate and how it affected me. If I wait a week, it is harder to remember everything and I find myself wondering what might have made me gain weight.
