Thank you for all the responses!!  I always find encouragement here and that means the world to me.  I have decided to (once again) let my body lead me.  If I lose more and go under, I will be okay.  Maybe my body has that as a set point?  In any case, I forgot the rule.  It isnt about the number on the scale.  It's about eating for health.  How easily I overlooked that!  ugh.  Still so much to learn and remember!  This weekend was the first campout of the year.  Here is what I will do next time.  At the campfire, I will take a walk when its time for s'mores.  (this was an uncomfortable time for me)  If they are bbq'ing something that I know I have issues with, I will not politely eat a bite or two and then get some protein to hold me over.  I will simply ask for them to cook what i can eat (like chicken breast) and not feel guilty for making extra work....or i will ask to cook it myself and not feel guilty for not eating what was prepared.  The food was great.  But i know that I have issues with pork still.  Being up half the night from trying to eat a little of it was not fun.  And NO ONE would have considered it rude.  That was in my own head.  I was so proud of my family for trying to make it healthier this year by having veggie trays and grilling veggies!  My decision is impacting others.  With diabetes and heart disease in the family, these little changes add up!  I also was amazing by the lack of soda and beer this year.  THEY HAD TONS OF WATER in the coolers!  Go family!  lol.  THey also had things like low fat cottage cheese.  And the big breakfasts of sausages and bacon and pancakes and french toasts and all that stuff were replaced with yogurts and fresh fruits!  On a camping trip!  Anyway.  I am focusing on eating for health and for fuel and making it secondary to quality family time no matter what the occasion.  Saving for skin removal is still a big priority.  I try to remember that with every purchase I make.  Overall, the camping adventure was successful!  Now it's time to get out and walk completely around the lake.  I am ready.  I can do it.  I will not turn back!!  lol.
