I disagree with a lot of what Dr. Todd's office says about vitamins.  Do your own research and get samples of different types of vitamins to try.  I don't buy anything from him.  Check this out:

That will give you an idea of what's what.   I buy nearly all my vitamins from Wal-Mart.  Get my B12, D, Centrum (chewable), folic acid, etc there.

Thank you so much!!  I see you also had your surgery done by Dr. Todd.  Would you mind friending me?  I would love to have someone to talk to.

Hi, I am almost 4 years out and I STILL take a chewable multivitamin - because I don't mind the taste at all.  I take:  Trader Joe's "high potency chewable multiple vitamin & mineral formula".  So, if you have a Trader Joe's in your area - give it a try.  And it it doesn't suit you - send 'em to me!  bahahahaha - have a great day!

I will always take chewables, its been seven years and they have worked for me.  I don't know that I think the whole vitamins are absorbed properly given the lack of stomach acid, I eat lots of things that don't seem to digest so I am not positive I believe large vitamin pills would.  But thats my personal opinion.
