It has been exactly 40 days since I got out of the hospital from my oprn RNY and as of today I'm down....*drumroll* 60 lbs!!! *giggles**is giddy*. I really should have taken measurements to believe it because I personally can't really tell visually - other people say they can though hehehe.

Good job and it does keep going!!!! I am currently in my first stall and is so frustrating. 1 pound movement today in 2.5 weeks...ugh. Seeing the numbers go down week after week in simply amazing.

Congrats! wooHOO!

I had open RNY too (2/28/12). I took my measurements just before my surgery. I'm thrilled because my size 16 summer capris & shorts (which I haven't worn in 3 years) are too big!

The best part is I can walk double the distance I've ever walked in my life & still not be completely wiped out. Just found that out last week. Such a great (& new) feeling to feel so much lighter on my feet.

How's your eating? I'm struggling on getting in enough protein. I just get so full so fast. I can have 2 bites of chicken breast & be stuffed. Having some hair loss now too.

We are gonna be such HOTTIES by August! wooHOO!

Hehe. You might be a hottie come August, I think I'll be more like a hottie in training. Eating is alright, some days I can eat more than others. I just had a chicken tender (unbreaded) and like three green beans for lunch and I'm full. I find it difficult to eat in the morning when I wake up so will sip at a protein shake (which I've yet to find one that doesn't make me gag) and then eat some cottage cheese or something mid morning. Going to go get a new swimsuit tomorrow and sign up for some water aerobic/water boxing/yoga sort of classes

Ummm. . . Lets see if I can help you with the ticker
Go to MY OH go to settings then my health tracker
enter your weight, make a ticker & then set your profile to make it show in your signature. I hope this is correct oh I think you have to go to tickers & widgets & then signature.
