Anyone order the magazine and not get it? Been waiting since January.

I heard that problem a lot when I first signed up on the web site. So I never ordered it. If you paid by credit card call the credit card company and get your money back.

DEBBIE-racking my brain here..I know the magazine doesn't come out EVERY month, but trying to remember if it's every other month, or just quarterly. If you had subscribed right AFTER an edition had just gone out, that might could explain part of your delay...

My best "advice" would be to call OH, at 1-866-957-4636. Option "2" is for the store/magazine (I got this # off the OH home page-there is also an email link there, if you'd rather email tha call)..

In my opinion, the magazine is worth the wait. I have kept all my issues, since I started getting them, in 2004, and enjoy going thru them, over and over again

I filed a 'complaint' and within minutes got a response. Current issue is going out today, probably won't get the missed one from the last quarter. Will see what the expiration date is on the mailing label and go from there.
