I gave up all the crap because it was making me sick.  I went to DD this morning and got no bagel, I considered it but then thought why be sick from the carbs.  I opted for my greek yogurt instead with fresh strawberries.  Atleast I have gotten to the point of not making myself sick every day, just once a week.  lol

 I wish I enjoyed yogurt, I really do.

I have been eating green salad for breakfast with shredded parm/romano lately.  Because it agrees with me.  LOL.

The Japanese eat steamed veggies and salad for breakfast.  A habit I picked up on while visiting.   Scrambled eggs, bacon and a side of steamed broccoli, squash or salad for breakfast.  That should explain the 10 lbs I lost in 3 weeks as a pre-op.
SO... keep eating the salad and cheese!

Salad goes great with eggs for breakfast.

The last week I was in Kuwait, I was having such awful digestion issues, about all I ate was scrambled eggs with salad, cafe latte and gallons of watermelon juice.

However, salad is more typically served with poached eggs (which I have only recently learned I like) in Kuwait.
