Unsure and Sad

Congrats. I'm 7 wks and 21lbs. I'm ready to join WW or something. You're doing a lot better than me and I'm a lite weight. Cheer up. I'm the one who is doing horrible.

If there is one thing I am learning from this whole process it's to have patience. You are doing great, the weight will come off.

How much exactly do you think you should have lost in 2 months? 60 pounds? 80? 100?

You're being ridiculous. You are average if not above average with a 40 pound loss. Give your head a shake and get some perspective!
