First, click here
to see the video of Eggface and I trying UNJURY's Protein'd Cheese Sauce while we were at ASMBS last month!

Did you try it?  What are your thoughts?

I would say the looks on your faces was enough for me not to want to try it! LOL

I've tried it - I have it in my refrigerator. I don't follow the instructions on the package.  I make an excellent Queso Dip out of it.  I've served it to company and they all liked it as well. I've used it in eggs, over veggies and I make a great Broccoli Cheese Soup out of it.

I happen to like it.

Not too different from what was described by another member.  I rarely add water to it because I do not find tha****er helps.

1 scoop Unjury Protein'd Cheese
1/4 cup Salsa (of choice - I like Lime and Garlic)
2 ounces finely chopped Chicken
Cumin, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder to taste
2 teaspoons Light Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt

Warm the chicken and salsa before adding it to the Unjury. Just mix it all together - the liquid from the salsa should be plenty, but if it isn't add water BY THE TEASPOON until mixture is smooth - then heat slowly if necessary until warmed to your taste.  Use baked chips or raw veggies as "dippers."

If you have access to Sam's Club, I cannot recommend enough John Soules brand Chicken or Beef Fajitas Strips enough. They are tenderized with papaya enzymes. They are soft, moist, tender and incredibly delicious. They are very lightly seasoned - you can use them in any sort of recipe. Easy to eat (even cold from the bag) - they are just wonderful.  Some Walmarts carry them as well. Tyson sells a similar product, but it is not nearly as good.

I would have to dredge up my Broccoli Cheese Soup recipe - don't know that one by heart.  I'll see if I can find it.  I make this one all the time.  I haven't made soup since the weather warmed up.

It sounds muuuuuuch better as a mixed product, like you're using it as a flavoring......... because it tastes like gritty cheese paste.  I would try that.

Oh yes - I cannot eat it by itself - NO WAY!  But I like it mixed into other things...making it into dips, soups, as part of casserole dishes, eggs, veggies - anything that I can manage at lower temperatures so it does curdle as Unjury products are wont to do.

Now, Fit Frappe - I would go ANYWHERE for THAT product!  Even if it is only a shake.  I LOVE my Fit Frappe!

I recently won a sample drink and it was something I could not have with my RNY.  I wrote and thanked them, but said I would pass it on since it was not something I could drink.  Those  FANTASTIC people sent me another package and when I opened it I nearly fell down.  A 2.26 pound TUB of Mocha Fit Frappe, full-size package of their Low Carb Pancake and Waffle Mix and a few samples of their low carb drink mixes.  The Mocha is YUMMY and so are the pancakes. I made them for company. Everyone approved and thought they were made from scratch.  FAB!  Now, that's customer service!!

I use it too.  I mix it a little on the thick side and mix it into re-fried beans and add salsa to it and it makes a protein packed dip.  I bake some corn tortillas and break them into chips and use those for dipping.  It's actually pretty good that way.  But plain, oh hell no.
