UNJURY Protein'd Cheese Sauce Review
I was pretty surprised to see how many think poorly of this product. As a trained chef, I can tell you that I have never experienced the issues cited here. It takes some extra attention to get it just right. Water temp is of utmost importance. When that is looked after carefully and the powder is whisked immediately, I find absolutely no problems with this delicious innovation. I add a splash of lemon juice, some fresh dill and sometimes even some flavored Tabasco or half-sharp Hungarian paprika for extra kick. I use it mostly over veggies but it makes a great soup as well. At the moment, it's sold out. And that certainly speaks for itself!
