Soo what protein powder(s) do you use?
I have been drinking the one my doctor's office sells and like it pretty well but I wanted to get one dose of my vitamins in with my shake since I can't swallow pills so I just ordered the vanilla cake batter and chocolate from Celebrate. It's called ENS or something like that. I ordered a 7 day supply of each just to make sure I liked them and would drink them. I then only have to take one multi a day on top of it so I chose it for that reason.
Many of the brands out there have changed their formulas...and added whole milk powder to their mix. Make sure that whatever one you get has whey protein isolate as the first ingredient!
I tend to use unflavored or vanilla so I can add it to my cooking or make the flavor what *I* want it to be.

Isolated whey protein mixes very smooth in water and is not chalky. Try Syntrax Nectars. They come in many great flavors and have zero fat and zero carbs. My favorite flavors are chocolate truffle and fuzzy navel. I am three years out and still use them to build muscle after working out.
