I just had to share this with everyone! Tonight was one of those amazing moments that you have after losing 163lbs. My niece Eliza and my love Lesa gave me piggyback rides! I seriously haven't done that in probably a good 14 years! When I look at this picture it is hard for my brain to process the fact that the girl in the photo is me! I could cry I am so proud. I am so grateful for my second chance at life!

Congratulations! Now remember this feeling every time you want to eat something stupid that you know you shouldn't. It's easier to say no and walk away then lose weight again you have already lost.

A few weeks ago at a friends pool party- I did a handspring for the first time in probably 20 years! It was so much fun...I did like 5 of them! HA HA
