I have the ingredients for both these and the PB bars. I think I might try both tonight. My 17 yr old son has gone from a BMI of 33 to a 22 in the last year with high protein, cutting junk, and lots of exercise. These would be a nice treat for him since he doesnt treat himself often and its not going to deviate from his healthy lifestyle.

No idea ... most of my friends and my co-workers have tried it and have rave reviews .... for it to be rubbery you probably had too much water or nuked it longer or had stronger microwave strength and could probably cook it in less time... I have no idea ... it is just like burning toast I guess ... It has worked for me every single time I have done it ....sorry it did not work out for you... I would try with less water .. make sure the PB is mixed in well ... make sure you add baking soda ... nuke it for less time then add in increments of 30 seconds until done...

Not sure about the other poster saying rubbery, I was just logging on to tell you I tried both recipes, I did use th Pb2 with choc and they were a hit. Glad I made both or there would be none left. Next time I do chocolate I think ill throw some PB2 in it and see how it goes.
