It's time to start an exercise program.  The gym I'm joining has cycling classes, which I love!  I'm excited to start the next phase of my journey.

I do cycling classes too and yoga at my gym. Love them. Have fun and congrats on getting your exercise started!

Good for you! Attitude is half the battle and yours is very positive!

We're going to join the Y this month and I'm super excited as well. It'll be nice to change up the exercise routine and to be able to get some swimming in!

Yep...it's time I got off my butt and started MOVING!!  Congrats on swimming (I'm still not brave enough to try on a suit) because that is such an excellent entire-body workout.

Great news! Focus on building up the distance you walk, or the weight and reps on the machines. 3-5 times a week, alternating between something distance and something muscle-building.
