"I used to could" drink them. Can't now. They taste horrible for me.
I still can drink Met-Rx RTD: peanut butter, vanilla, chocolate, mocha blast (mmmm). Try to find them in vitamin shoppe. 52gr of protein per can. not bad.

Thanks for the tip. I may need a backup soon. Already getting burned out on chocolate.

Surgery weight: 232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height: 5'5" Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.
