Molina Healthcare Ohio(Medicaid)
Within a week I will be posting the Insurance requirements for WLS. I will be receiving a informational packet from Miami Valley Medical Center with the above information. If you have Molina Healthcare (Medicaid) insurance and are attempting WLS, but you have no idea what's involved just message me and I will gladly share this information with you.

I feel this is important to share so others do not become discouraged and give up ! I have searched this website high and low for insurance requirements, but I have had little luck, so I know personally how hard it is to find.

I think the main reason there is so little information is that every policy, not just insurance company is different. Myself I have United Health Care however my policy doesn't cover bariatric surgery at all where others do. It depends on what the employer signs up for. So to list each one's criteria would be a huge undertaking that could change at any time. Now with the the medicaid that may be a bit easier and I'm sure it will be helpful to others. Thank you for thinking of them!
