Stomach sounds like a rolling thunder storm

Hello everyone since surgery my stomach sounds like if there bowling inside, it is so loud at times it's embarrasing ,and i get diarehhea a lot to. Does this happen to anyone else Open RNY 10-23-2003 450/300 -150

It happens to me a lot! And in the past week I get really bad gas later in the day...painful and painful to try to release it. I have no idea what is going on. I do have an incisional hernia that is huge, but my bowels are moving. I'm originally from Southern Ohio Sarah

The 'noise' never seems to go away - 4 years post and I still make sounds. As far as the diarehhea; that isnt normal.. check what your eating.. Your either eating something thats making you dump (yes diarehhea is a form of dumping) or youve become lactose intollerant.. that can cause it too.
