I know I have'nt lost as much.. but I am happy and i am excersicing 5X days a week and I am proud of myself because I feel w/ the tool I am gaining my life back, one day at a time.

Good going..I beleive that you are following a proper diet plan to lose weight and also avoiding gluten rich recipes . Give sharing your picture.
