Anybody work for Enterprise and have UHC?

Speaking of insurances....

I would really love to bring by BFF along this journey with me...Her and I have been overweight together for over 20 years and I don't want to lose without her, however I will...lol, but I don't want her to envy me (if and when I get my surgery)

So, if anyone knows anybody who works for Enterprise Car Rental and has gotten the surgery with their insurance, please share.

Thanks, Myrtis

I don't work for Enterprise but I do have UHC.  I just was approved (yeah) after a very easy process.  They outline it very clearly for you and for me I had to go through a bariatric nurse program for approval.  Here are the requirements on my plan.

-21 years old

-BMI of 40 *35-39.5 may qualify with co-morbid conditions

-6 month physician supervised diet (NO liquid diet, just sign off each month)

-Psychological evaluation

-Must be through a Center of Excellence
