Has anyone during, or after surgery encountered a near-death experience due to your weight-loss surgery?

If so, would you like to share your story with us?

Well, not me, but with all the hormonal changes after surgery, my husband has had a few near death experiences.  He does not know it, but he has.  :}

OMG!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!  I haven't laughed this hard to the point I was coughing and choking at the same time!!!!   This line has to get the "Most Clever Line of the Year" award.  If anyone is married, they know this to be true. If you had the surgery on top of that, you have crossed over to the DARK SIDE.  My husband probably wished he had his own apartment the first 3 months of my surgery.  He would have changed his name, his phone number and SS number so I couldn't hunt him down.

Does the time I fell off a high place and busted seven ribs and collapsed a lung count? 'Cause if I'd not had my DS, I'd have not lost the weight and there would have been no WAY I could have ever climbed up there...(*grin*)
