To those who chose Premier Bariatrics(Dayton,OH) that currently have Molina Healthcare

I have just received word from Patty Johnson, the Insurance Coordination lady @ Premier bariatrics, located in Miami Valley Hospital (Dayton,Ohio) starting January 2013, they will no longer be contracted with Molina Healthcare (Medicaid). The only Insurance they will accept is Caresource, so if you want to be seen by one of the surgeons there, you'll need to switch.
