I am over one week out all my bandages are off the incisions. Seems at night I lay in the same position so in the morning the incisions are tight and hurt when I stretch.  Anyone putting anything on there incisions for healing any cremes

You may want to call the Dr.'s office just to make sure that tightness is nothing to be concerned about. As far as creams, while you on the phone with the Dr.'s office , ask about creams. As a nurse who packs and dressing wounds on a daily basis we just leave the wound open to air if there is no drainage or redness. Good luck to you;)

No.  At my one week followup appointment, I was told to put nothing on them.  No creams, no ointments, nothing.

At three weeks out the scabs have all fallen off and the incisions are healed.   I'm going for a swim this afternoon.

Patience.  :)
