Flintstones are missing key nutrients that adults need - so DON'T DO FLINTSTONES.  They are relatively useless to us.

With a sleeve, you do not need chewable vitamins.  At first, all you can take is one pill at a time, but as time passes, you can take them as easily as you ever have.

Centrum (or some off-brand equivalent) is a great option.

I am VSG 3mo post. I take 4 powder vitamins once a day. You measure the amount in the caps and put them in abou 3oz of water that is measured on cups that come with them.

Calcium complete

Vitamin D with K

Multil with iron

B complex

I bought bariatric fusion it's supposed to be like an all in 1 thing. 1 chewables 4x day. I am 6 days out so i am sure at my 2 week post op appt on the 19th they will tell me i need to start my vitamins.
