I need a kick in the buttocks!!
I have only been to the gym twice this week. I feel so sluggish. Blah!!
I don't know if it is because it is my time of the month (literally don't know when it is anymore because of my IUD) or something else. I just want to sleep.

Hi there,
Well, did you enjoy your "kick"?
There are a variety of reasons you could be sluggi**** could be that time or it could be something your body is lacking, nutrition, iron, protein, carbs, the list goes on. Do an inventory of your life style and just see if you can pinpoint where the problem is.
Honestly, I think twice is good. I see you are 5 months post-op. I did absolutely nothing the first 7 months and still somehow managed to get to goal. Don't be so hard on yourself.

I agree with what the poster above me said. When we are in the honeymoon period we will still lose weight. I excersize but I don't at all kill myself with it. I just either walk or move around in the pool 3 x a week total between the two. I'm still losing weight. You could be tired cause of TOM or just lack of nutrition. I have been tired since surgery. LOL But at least by the time we have to push ourselves more with excersize we will be in matienance and more likely to get more nutrition by than as our sleeve will fit a little more. However, I'm not looking forward to that cause that's more work. lol
