Whats for breakfast?

Wondering what people are having for breakfast each morning. Myself I have eaten the same breakfast foods for five years come this August. Once in a while I will sway off my path and change it up, but almost never. I look forward to others imput. I always make sure to get 20 to 21 grams of protein right away in the morning, to jump start my numbers. I achieve this with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and a serving of turkey pepperoni crisps.. this yeilds 21 grams of protein, my other top breakfast selection is the turkey pepperoni crisps and mock french toast- still again almost 21 grams of protein.

Chime in, looking for others ideas that is not of the shake or smoothie form.

Most mornings I have the Syntrax Matrix Mint Cookie protein shake before going to the gym, but I do enjoy an omelet with turkey bacon or ham & cheese or chicken & cheese quiche.

At 9 months out I either have a choc. protein shake with only 4 oz of water Or I will have some egg whites scrambled with some veggies.  I find my breakfast and lunch are pretty much the same thing and I do vary my dinner more however.

With the weather finally warming up in the Pac NW I am drinking some ice tea before my shake now.  Not real exciting I know.

Normally I have a protein shake to start my day.  However, this morning I had two scrambled eggs with some cheese.

I've done a shake every day since surgery. But I saw a recipe for protein pancakes I want to try. Now that I'm at maintenance I'm looking to mix it up a bit.

182 grams of 2% cottage cheese with a teaspoon of cinnamon and a packet of sweetener and a mug of coffee. 25 grams of protein, a bit under 200 calories, and I can make it in morning stunned bunny mode.

Why 182 grams? Because the tubs I buy in 3-packs from Costco each divide perfectly into 4 182 gram servings.

I am having "old faithful" for breakfast.  A pure protein strawberry shake.

I've always had an issue with eating in the morning. I usually drink a cup of fresh Orange Juice or Grape fruit juice. :)
