What's Your Workout Today OHers? - Thursday!
I had a late Orange Theory class last night that was particularly brutal (740 calories burned) that ended with me running 10mph at a 4% incline. So I got up at 5am this morning and did a gut check on soreness and energy level to try to get to a 6am Orange Theory class and decided against it.
So tonight will be chest and shoulders followed by 20 mins of HIIT cardio.
I did walk up 5 flights of stairs this morning and I will probably do it at least once more today. After a year of working out 5 flights of stairs still gets me breathing hard.

I'm ( re) building a collapsing waterfront outbuilding transforming it ( hopefully ) into a marina bathroom sculpture studio and apartment
. I feel so priviledged to work with a few amazing guys who have structural engineering and modern materials knowledge and tons of experience doing " Big Stuff " . I 'm so lucky that they tolerate me
soon I'll be enjoying the " privilege" of cleaning out this ( pumped out ) cesspool in order to tie into it five feet underground ! ( under the frost line ) believe it or not , I'm TOTALLY excited !
