Beginners Exercise - Daily Workout

Some of these might be a challenge for those of you just starting out, but this is one routine that would certainly put you on the path to strength and fitness. Remember when you are starting out the idea is to get to where you can do all of these, nobody is expecting them to be perfect right  out of the gate. So in order to get to perfection you must practice. Get on the floor, do these, they will not be pretty. Even after a year of doing many of these, some of mine are still not perfect, but I do them. You should too!

Okay, Tried all of these. I am able to do all except the chair dip. DO not have the upper body strength yet. Thanks!!!
