Beginners Exercise - Some Challenging Exercises
I will come back to basics this week, but I thought it would be nice to give you guys some exercises that are a bit more challenging and beneficial but also still easy to do. I am a big fan of squats as they are the basis for all strength training, so here are a couple that I think you should try. Remember its not about being able to do them perfectly today but to start doing them to strive for perfection tomorrow.
