I have made a couple of Shelly's bites recipes and I can honestly say my only complaint is that I cannot finish an entire batch before they start to get funky. Everyone I have tried has tasted good and I sometimes forget how easy they are to make. Here is one I am going to make tonight:

I normally freeze them-4 to a snack size Ziploc bag-so I don't have to worry about them getting "funky"
