I am always telling you guys to get some healthy fats, this is a good way to do it, just remember avocados are very calorie dense so DO NOT eat a whole bowl of this stuff!

The problem with any type of salsa for me is that I would want to eat tortilla chips with it, and I try to stay away from chips as they are a weakness for me and they are calorie dense and provide no nutrition.  So, what would you eat with that if not chips?  Sounds yummy, though.

Well I have used flax crackers and I recently found some chips by Snyder that are tortilla chips but made with flax and chia that have a decent net carb count that I eat on occassion. I often eat guacamole in romain leaves. You can use cucumbers, broccoli, zucchini, zucchini chips.

I've had that. I also use Lavash crackers from time to time.
