yep... and HARD . Stoopid question .. but can't old chicks just ADMIT they no longer t have the flexibility and range of motion they did as pre teens and start learning backbends and walkovers with ASSISTS ?
the major joints everyone is TRYING to affect ( the sloped-in shoulders, the bumped-out sixth and seventh vertebraes ..the forward head are hardly being worked here at all ( though thats probably a good thing because stretching them more would almost certainly lead to injury )
I like gentle , classic hot yoga much better as a REAL solution to deteriorated posture .. and have seen amazing results from the persistent and determined .. with significant weight loss and no injury .
