Yoga is great for not only stretching but also strengthening muscles. This is a nice and easy way to get started. You won't look like the girl in the photo but do your best. You are going to like this one! Hold each pose for as long as you can shooting for 30 secs to 1 min.

I LOVE Yoga! I am absolutely amazed at how limber I have gotten...loud and creaky when I move in certain postions, but still very limber!

And you are right-I DON'T look like the girl in the photo-my hair is much shorter  :)

EDITED TO ADD:

If you are not comfortable working out in front of others, Abby Lentz videos are GREAT. I first met her at a conference (must have been OH-only kind I ever go to!), and she is just awesome!!!
