Orange Theory This morning - I am sick today so I only burned 501 calories, I was a bit disappointed but at least I didn't vomit. You are only as strong as you ability not to puke.

Chest and Shoulders tonight if I can shake the sick feeling.

digging holees in wet  tidal sand ... beating the tides 48 "  down to box out and run threaded   navy ties thru a stucco wall into the 12 " x  40 foot footing we;re  casting .  Its all so wonderful and an amazing learning experience !

 

I also dug holes to plant rose trees  and buddleias  kiss despite the busted rib
